We offer a high-quality product to all our clients and require the services of an energetic Customer Service and Sales Support specialist in our Queensland National Office.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and production to create a seamless experience for our nationwide customers. This diverse role will include:

  • Work with our sales team with incoming calls
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Responding quickly and professionally to customer communications
  • Work with our sales team and customers to process orders, communicate with production and organise delivery
  • Develop an understanding of our products and services to be able to communicate these accurately to our customers


  • Experience within a sales or customer service
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • A keen interest in learning new processes and products
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • A strong sense of pride in your work
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • A team mindset - eager to jump in and help
  • Clear and respectful communication skills
  • Good skills in Microsoft Programs
  • Ability to multi-task across all aspects of the role to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Industry knowledge not necessary
