Andrew Gleeson Plumbing Pty Ltd operates throughout Southeast Queensland, supplying plumbing and drainage solutions for most of the large new home builders.

We are seeking a mature-minded, dedicated, and well- presented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to complement our team. Whilst predominantly performing a Finance function within the business, this role will also be responsible for office management and general administration duties. 

This position forms part of the management team and reports directly to the CEO, so the ideal candidate would an experienced and confident person, with a can do attitude.


  • Full function Bookkeeping including:
    • Weekly payroll using myob
    • Bank Recs with AP & AR entry/account coding,
    • Clearing Account reconciliations
    • Weekly invoicing and debtor management
    • Limited but some intercompany loan reconciliations
  • General office management duties as required
  • Formalise and implement system to capture and manage business procedures and policies.
  • Support the management team in general administration activities.
  • Providing PA support to the CEO
