Job Description

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our project team with Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services. This is a full-time, fixed term contract for 12 months located in our office in Mackay. You will have a diverse range of responsibilities with no two days being the same.

Responsibilities

Daily collection, checking and processing of supplier and subcontractor dockets and invoices;
Accounts payable and account receivable;
Daily entry and reconciliation of site fuel usage records;
Maintenance of site plant registers;
Ensuring appropriate hired plant documentation is received and filed accordingly;
Maintenance of safety registers ensuring all data is entered in a timely fashion;
Procurement tasks including purchase orders and job cost coding;
General administration support to Office and Site staff based on the project.

About You

Have experience working in a similar site based role;
You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills;
You will be competent in JD Edwards or similar (eg. Oracle);
Hold tertiary qualifications in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or Equivalent are desirable but not essential;
Provide high standard of service, present professionally and possess advanced communication skills;
Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail, and;
Ability to work under pressure and achieve strict deadlines.
