Occupational Therapist - Autism Queensland, Sunnybank School Campus


An exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our school therapy team to provide exceptional OT services to students on the autism spectrum.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist within our interdisciplinary team, you will join a passionate group of Teachers, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists supporting our students, their families and school staff to enhance participation in everyday roles and environments.


This position is based at Sunnybank Hills, and is being offered on a permanent full-time basis, working Mondays to Fridays.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Proven provision of high quality, evidenced-based OT services to students in an education setting
  • Proven knowledge of child and adolescent development, behaviours and learning
  • Experience in the design and implementation of group and individual strategies and programs
  • An ability to work and communicate effectively with families and professionals in addressing additional needs of students
