Ripley Valley State Secondary College opened in 2020 and caters for students in Years 7 to 9 in 2021, growing one-year level each year for the next 4 years. Ripley Valley State Secondary College is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Visual Art/Art teacher to lead this faculty area commencing Semester 2, 2021. The ideal applicant should have a strong working knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and senior pathways within the Visual Art/Art subject area. The school is seeking a candidate who has strong communication skills and works well as part of a collaborative team culture. The successful applicant will be able to commence duties as soon as Semester 2, 2021 or under negotiation with the Principal.

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.   • Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
