About the Position

The Assets and Investigations Team Lead works with our Delivery Services team to optimize delivery of services across Council infrastructure including:

  • Transport Network
  • Stormwater Network
  • Coastal and Marine Infrastructure
  • Parks, Open Space and Natural Environment

This position is a key resource within the Asset Maintenance team and is responsible for the effective management of our portfolio of assets, supporting construction and maintenance operations across all functions. In consultation with other stakeholders you will develop and implement a risk-based inspection program designed to reduce reactive maintenance and drive long term sustainability.

About You

The successful candidate will have a proactive, positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have qualifications or significant industry experience in civil engineering and traffic management design. Demonstrated experience leading a small team will see you succeed in this role.
