About the Role?

The role will deal exclusively in the Retention of our existing BOQ and Virgin Money customers. The objective to the team is to provide an additional line of defense in minimizing customers from switching to our competitors and/or identify cross sale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing daily leads and contacting customers after they initiate a Security Document Release request, Home Loan payout request to refinance to another Financial Institution
  • Responsible for actioning pricing requests from brokers and customers
  • Actioning payout requests received from brokers and customers
  • Proactively contacting customers as part of our fixed rate maturity campaign

About You?

Passionate about all things customer service, you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar position either in face to face or a call centre environment. To be considered you will have demonstrated the following:

  • Proven experience in sales and retention
  • Home lending experience required
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written correspondence
  • Tier 2
