Overview of Information Management Services

Information Management Services (IMS) is a unit within Information Services which also includes the USC Library and Print Services units and forms part of the portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic). IMS supports the University by providing strategic and operational advice in all aspects of information management. The unit is responsible for information and data governance, records management, SharePoint Online (Microsoft Office 365), the staff intranet, right to information (RTI) and information privacy. IMS is at the forefront of business transformation activities that enable and support USC's strategic priorities.
