Our client, a leading NDIS Provider is looking for a motivated and driven Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their Toowoomba Centre.

A local Toowoomba Specialist Disability Support Provider is looking for a motivated and eager Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their team. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team that is driven to make a real difference in the lives of their clients and families. Our client offers a structured evidence-based Clinical Supervision Program designed to build upon your clinical skillset. With up to weekly sessions, you will be guided to develop both your assessment and intervention toolkit that helps support your clients and families to achieve their goals. In addition, you will have access to Professional Development activities and be developed by an experienced team.
As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for:
  • Engaging with a diverse client-base who experience a range of speech-language conditions;
  • Conducting thorough assessments and writing detailed support plans and reports;
  • Utilising modern evidence-based interventions to provide your clients with the best possible care; and
  • Complying with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
