The Role
Spotless is the lead contractor providing Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) for the Department of Defence in Queensland and Southern New South Wales. As lead contractor within the region we deliver a suite of services to support Defence capability.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to be part of our Defence Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and work for our important client.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager Qld and located at Enoggera the role will deliver a range of services including, but not limited to:

Providing employee relations advice and support to managers and employees
Supporting payroll within the HR function, including reports, queries and leave management
Maintaining accurate employment records
Assisting as required in development and implementation of HR strategy and planning
Assisting in enhancing the employee experience, supporting performance reviews and planning development of our employees

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related field
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated grievance / conflict resolution skills and investigation skills
Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, industrial relations and enterprise bargaining agreements
Ability to build relationships with managers and teams
Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
