The Role

We are looking for highly experienced, energetic, and motivated people who are able to provide the WOW factor in customer service excellence!

Spotless is the lead contractor to provide Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) to the Department of Defence in Queensland and Southern New South Wales.

We currently have an opportunity for self-motivated, reliable Customer Solutions Consultant. This position is responsible for providing support to internal and external stakeholders across the EMOS contract in the delivery of Base Services.

Reporting to the Base Services Support Centre (BSSC) Manager, you will deliver a range of services including but not limited to:

  • Assess service requests to determine if they are within the scope of contract
  • Record details of service request(s) including any other relevant information in the Defence Estate Information System (DEIS)
  • Assign service requests to the EMOS Contractor, the applicable Miscellaneous Services Contractor and other Defence Contractors
  • Coordinate service requests that cross multiple Contractors to ensure a seamless delivery to the Customer

Our front of house staff is the face of Spotless and plays a pivotal role in delivering the services commitment we have made to our clients.

Skills and Experience

  • Suitability for Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship);
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in high volume, busy call centres and / or relevant customer service experience in a field of high volume customer interaction;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner;
  • A willingness to learn and experienced in the use of Microsoft Suite of packages;
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
