    Looking for a customer focussed role that's not on the phone all day? Or perhaps you would like to have your weekends back and choose your own shift times. Well, an exciting opportunity is on offer to join Customer Driven as an Administration Officer.

    Customer Driven is a consulting and services company specialising in providing solutions in Customer Experience and Service Operations. We work with clients from Blue Chip organisations to Federal Government sectors, we are a Trusted Advisor in the industry and strive to Create Customer Experience Heroes along the way.

    This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of staffing schedules for a large national Customer Service team to ensure they have the right staffing resources to deliver an exceptional service to their customers.

    Administration Duties:

    •  Allocate staffing and pre-planned business activities to best cover the forecast requirements to meet business, employee and customer needs.
    • Amend and update schedules from incoming client requests and changes via our email/ticketing system.
    • Conduct quality checks on schedules to ensure accuracy and Enterprise Agreement (EA) requirements have been met.
    • Create and optimise schedules to be the highest quality for our client within defined timeframes. 
    • Provide input and feedback on scheduling processes and procedures to assist in driving a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Enjoy contributing to a team environment and working together to get the job done.
