Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager. This role works with two Enterprise Account Directors and is responsible for driving adoption of AWS services within commercial acquisition accounts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development with a proven track record in winning new business.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to go deep as well as scaling to drive coverage of the territory. The successful candidate will have experience in solution selling, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and winning large complex programs of work.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Work with Account Directors to build and expand relationships at all levels with net new enterprise accounts.
· Drive adoption in a defined set of customers to meet/exceed revenue targets
· Develop and execute against a territory plan that leads to the creation and closure of a robust sales pipeline
· Create and articulate compelling value propositions with AWS services
· Work with partners/ISV's to identify joint selling opportunities

This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years enterprise sales experience
· Track record of sales acquisition/business development with large enterprise accounts operating in a greenfield territory.
· Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building abilities - comfortable influencing at Board and C-level.
· Able to work in a diverse environment interacting across Sales, Solution Architects, ProServe, Partner & Marketing teams to build and iterate the roadmap for organisations starting their cloud journey with AWS.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Industry experience across multiple sectors (ideally including FSI, manufacturing, utilities)
· Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· History of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions based approach.
