The role:

Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible data entry of invoices into MYOB, checking timesheets, updating job cards while assisting with placing stock orders and general administration across the business. It is a busy environment so your ability to manage time & priorities efficiently is essential if you are to thrive in this role and environment.

Selection criteria:
  • Previous experience within a similar Office Admin role
  • High level of computer literacy with experience / exposure to MYOB
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
