JOB DESCRIPTION

We are going through an exciting time of growth in our industry which is providing many opportunities for people to work within the new NDIS business environment supporting people with a disability. This is a highly rewarding industry and it’s a great time to join CPL!

Reporting to the Rostering and Customer Service Manager, your role will be to lead a small team of dedicated Rostering Coordinators, providing customer centred urgent shift-fill services for our disability support workers enabling our clients to live the life they choose. Service delivery is high volume, on a daily basis.

Shift patterns:

2 x roles start at 5am to finish at 3pm for 10hr shift

2 x roles start at 12pm to finish at 10pm for 10hr shift

7 DAY FORTNIGHT

Work alternate weekends

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach and support your rostering team to achieve high performance outcomes.
  • Commitment to achieve and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Take ownership and solve any issues that arise.
  • Internal stakeholder liaison and effective relationship building.
  • Model CPLs values and the CPL Way of understanding the person, give great service, work together and find better ways at all times in your work and interactions.

Selection criteria includes:

  • Experience in a similar role within a customer driven environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a high performing team
  • Experience within a high volume, complex 24/7 operational environment
  • Pro-active solution focused approach
  • Proven ability to work through changes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Solid computer skills e.g. CRM systems and Microsoft
  • Blue card and Yellow Card or NDIS worker clearance will be required.
