The Australian team is led by Director, Tess Walls, a qualified beauty therapist and trainer. With nearly 25 years’ experience in the beauty sector, Tess has a wealth of knowledge on the beauty industry, an unwavering love for the high performing Germaine De Capuccini products and a dedicated passion for helping others grow their business.

And right now, we've been retained to secure Tess a truly talented and ambitious Partnerships Manager, to join the Brisbane HQ team.

Who are you?

Well, ideally you'll have 5+ years' sales experience in the beauty therapy space, plus, if people generally describe you as:

  • Well spoken - confidently articulate;
  • Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
  • A vibrant person who wins hearts and minds through energy and enthusiasm;
  • Self confident;
  • Someone who enjoys meeting with lots and lots of new people over the phone;
  • An in-the-moment creative thinker;
  • Comfortable in encouraging commitment when needed;
  • Good under pressure;
  • Resilient;
  • Pro-active and keen to take the initiative; and
  • Good at reading both people - and the facts...

...and you're truly comfortable in a sales-focused role, we encourage you to grab our attention.

What's the role?

In very simple terms, you'll be selling Germaine De Capuccini opening-order, start-up packages, over-the-phone, to beauty salon and day spa owners. Your goal is to gain 2-3 new locations to stock their products each month. That means, identifying possible partners and approaching them, having circa 14 initial exploratory conversations per month, progressing good prospects, putting package proposals together... and then, securing them as loyal and excited partners.

Please note: This is a sales role, not a relationship management role.
