About the team & role:

This role reports into the Client Experience and Learning Manager for Australia and NZ and works within a supportive team of 7. The Client Experience and Learning Consultant has a key focus in supporting our mid to top tier level customers across all their learning solutions, mitigating risk and driving new product adoption.

This role has a dual focus of consulting with our customers and planning and executing effective training solutions that are aligned to our customers learning needs. By enhancing our customer’s knowledge of our products this role will also facilitate the drive and uptake of our products. There is also an added value of bespoke development of our training solutions of which this role supports.

Our LexisNexis product solutions run across our core business areas of legal practical guidance, research, analytics, business, media, capital monitoring and news.

The successful candidate for this role will be someone that enjoys consulting across a wide range of clients whilst presenting effective and regular virtual and face to face training sessions to support our client’s ongoing learning requirements. Key internal relationships with this role will include our internal sales partners and marketing teams.

About you:

Ideally, you will come with:

  • Customer consultancy experience

  • Experience with designing and delivering training needs is preferred but not essential.

  • The ability to innovate and create new content that is aligned to customer needs.

  • Sound presentation skills and the ability to conduct training in a professional services B2B setting to people at all levels.

  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across a wide variety of customer requirements and across multifunctional teams.

  • Understanding of the Australian Legal System and how legal research is conducted is preferred.

  • A qualification – ideally in training, knowledge management, law, management or communication.
