JOB DESCRIPTION

Where you will be working.. Join this close-knit team at their office in Aspley on a full-time basis, 8am - 5pm.

What you will be doing.. You will report and work closely with the Manager & Office Assistant. Your duties shall include but not be limited to:
  • Liaise with clients and guests, both over the phone and in person
  • Manage room hire/equipment bookings from beginning to end
  • Arrange welcome packs and keys for all new clients
  • Assist with client accounts as required
  • Looking after the Office Assistant to ensure all duties are completed
  • And many other general admin tasks
To be successful …
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • 1-2 years minimum previous Corporate experience within a similar environment
