If Yes then becoming a Level 2 GOHealth Carer in Virtual Health Conceirge may be your next employment adventure righ here at GOHealth Reception - Redland Bay.

We are looking for a talented Level 2 Customer Contact offier or as we like to be called: GOHealth Carer to help predominately 5 days per week and every 3rd Saturday. Part-time = 55 hours minimum fortnight roster.

Need to be able to full fill shifts that have a start time of around 12pm-1pm and finish like 6-6.30pm on weekdays.

Do you?

-Loves providing exceptional customer/patient care, upbeat and working out ways to improve it.
-Naturally "In Service" and a little ambitious and have no issues with picking up the phone and engaging with callers.

- Already proven inbound customer care phone experience or scheduling experience with computer technology, work well in a team and can manage your own work under guidance.

-Excellent communication skills while using your online tools. You have great tone, language and can fill the gaps in a conversation. Also can you write with correct punctuation and english a well put together sms and email to a customer.

-Competence with computers is essential. (This means you are comfortable working on chrome, modzilla, google drive, emailfax, clicking in and out of Aps and programs. You find it easy to navigate using a mouse and going in and out of different screens)
-Loves scheduling and co-coordinating multi-modality therapists, practitioners and service people in different clinics around Australia.
-Hates doing unnecessary spreadsheets/tasks and not knowing the 'why' to things
-Compelled to honor your shift times and take responsibility for your customers and fellow team members.
-Willingness to learn

- has experience leading teams and bringing a team together to work well across a range of clients and elevate team spirit.

-Has energy and enthusiasm
If you love customer care, working in different online customer management systems, keen to learn, has a can do attitude and ready for a challenge with a happy, often funny work environment where the work is all about helping others, never boring and being thankful then please take action.We spend our days welcoming or welcoming back customer calls on behalf of different businesses (mainly holistic health, medical and service businesses) and log into their scheduling tools online and win appointments, reschedule and address cancellations.

We are the concierge for callers connecting them with the right practitioners and services who will then pay for services and return bringing their family and friends.

2 x Go Health Reception Carer Positions available
: (55)ordinary hours per fortnight with regular rostered shifts as a minimum. 4 shifts a week minimum.

3. Arriving on time for Shifts is a MUST. Shift time honoring is a priority because we are responsible for opening the phone doors for many health and service based businesses around Australia. There is 2 flights of stairs to current our centre but a lift available at our new centre.
