Support the Store Manager to achieve individual and team KPIs. Nurture a team culture based on coaching and feedback. Provide excellent customer service.

The role:

  • We are looking for an ambassador for L’Occitane who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.
  • The successful applicant will act as a strong support to our Store Manager, assisting with operational duties of the boutique and coaching/mentoring the team.
  • This is a Permanent Part Time Position. It is a 30 hour a week position where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight

Skills/Prerequisites:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
  • Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
  • Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
