Sales Coordinator - Adelaide Office - Permanent Full Time

About the role:

As a Sales Coordinator at Domain, you will assist clients directly to maximise the value they receive from engaging with Domain Group products and services. You will focus on achieving excellence in customer service and support for our real estate clients and sales teams. You will provide product and service support to clients internally and externally, using telephone sales, virtual meeting technology and sales-based processes and procedures. Day to day the role will also see you:

  • New business acquisition, onboarding and post-sales service and growth
  • Achieving revenue targets and KPI's and contribute to your team's revenue target
  • Training agencies on Domain product's and any new up-sell products as developed
  • Assisting with client and account manager requests on technical issues
  • Processing and creating opportunities in Salesforce when required
  • Supporting the Account Manager's by sending client-tailored proposals, client correspondence and ad hoc tasks
  • Providing touchpoints to clients ensuring minimising attrition and revenue risk through credit issues
  • Identifying and applying sales assistance for refresh products for clients
  • Reporting and completing bookings
  • Growing Domain Groups product penetration

We would love you to have:

  • Face to face, phone or virtual based experience in selling to and servicing clients
  • Sales knowledge or experience in a sales support role
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Well developed computer and online skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management and engagement experience
