We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced ever-changing environment and enjoys helping clients over the phone. We need an efficient problem-solver who has outstanding customer service skills.

This role is a Part time (56 hrs per fortnight), fixed term contract for 12 months.

What will I be doing?

  • Undertaking inbound calls (high volume)
  • Actioning variations to current services
  • Administratively assisting field managers
  • Updating client information
  • Meeting critical deadlines associated within a busy contact centre environment
  • Capturing and recording key information
  • Utilising multiple programs (My Aged Care, Sandwai, PureCloud, Outlook, Excel)

About You:

  • You will be someone that is calm and steady in times of peak traffic
  • You will have previous experience working within the customer service industry
  • You will have well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone techniques
  • A team player with experience in a team environment
  • You will have a high level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases)
