About the role:

As a Commercial Transformation Partner at Domain, you would be partnering with the Commercial Effectiveness Director to take the lead in the development and design, implementation and adoption of the change plan for Domain's Sales Transformation. This would be to successfully deliver against our marketplace strategy and evolve the way we engage with customers to build trusted partnerships.

This transformational change will not only have a major impact on our Commercial Teams, a company-wide approach to change will be crucial to its success.

Day to day the role will also see you:

  • Design and execute a company-wide Transformation Program for our Sales Organisation
  • Set up a strong governance framework that supports the successful delivery of the Program
  • Engage with all levels of the organisation to drive buy in and momentum
  • Develop and embed processes for the ongoing analysis of customer impact and ability to report, optimise and adapt to ensure a customer-centric experience, and provide the business with measurable and impactful insights
  • Formulate and execute engagement and communication plans to achieve a coordinated approach across impacted internal teams and external stakeholders, bringing our people on the journey
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Effectiveness and Employee Experience teams to align and deliver all training and support to impacted teams and coach, guide and support leaders to drive adoption of transformation outcomes
  • Define metrics and indicators of success. Track and monitor the delivery of the transformation enablement initiatives to ensure delivery of agreed success metrics

We would love you to have:

  • Transformational Program Management experience
  • Experience in the successful delivery of change strategies and effectively engaging stakeholders using best practice theory and principles (Design Thinking, Agile, Solution Design)
  • Strong relationship building skills and experience in managing and influencing stakeholders throughout an organisation to achieve successful delivery of the program
  • Experience partnering with customers, having a deep understanding of customers needs and challenges and providing strategic solutions with a customer centric approach
  • Preference for experience in Sales Change Management Programs
  • Degree qualified (or relevant experience)
