WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
  • You will call on and sell to specialist doctors, in the optometry and ophthalmology areas in QLD.
  • You will establish and build relationships with this group of specialist doctors and clinicians in one therapy area, influencing them to prescribe your medicines to increase your revenue and market share growth.
  • You will be measured on sales and customer engagement with KOL's.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • You will be a current Hospital/Specialist Sales Representative or hybrid GP/Specialist rep in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably having sold to specialists in hospitals and private rooms, ideally in the eye care space.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales and contracts.
  • High level of persistence, initiative and influencing skills.
  • Results oriented and a sound decision maker.
  • Ability to think, plan and act strategically.
  • Exceptional customer focus and strong communication skills.
  • Business focused with a ‘can do mindset’.
  • You will need drive, initiative and an awesome attitude and passion for what you do.
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate your sales achievements through using your commercial business skills, hunger and motivation to be highly successful.
  • Ability to engage with specialist doctors and clinicians to form very good relationships.
