Job Description:

The Onboarding Coordinator provides co-ordination and administrative support across Customer & Business Operations customer facing teams for the purpose of timely and effective management of recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction programs and activities.

This newly created role will have considerable variety and with its focus on building enhanced processes and experiences for our new starters, has excellent opportunities to develop and build on existing skills. It requires an understanding of and the ability to be an advocate and personal brand champion and positively influence Bupa’s employment brand in the marketplace.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Work in conjunction with Resourcing team to plan and coordinate all selection processes, including timing and business representation for interview requirements

  • Maintain, communicate and execute consistent operational processes for on-boarding to support seamless integration of new starters

  • Preparing presentations, communications, documents and creative materials as requested providing business insights, editing and proofing

  • Support the coordination of events including location, accommodation and preparation details proactively sourcing best pricing

What do I need?

  • Tertiary or appropriate business qualifications and/or equivalent experience

  • Some experience in an onboarding and induction environment, with an understanding of the differing requirements across a range of customer channels and stakeholders desirable

  • Demonstrates self-management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ability to meet strict deadlines in an organised manner

  • Confidence in liaising with people at all levels with excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation and interpersonal skills
