The Head of Customer Loyalty is responsible for the successful execution of our Customer Account and Membership programs. You’ll work daily with internal and external stakeholders to iterate existing features and bring new features to life whilst ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.

As a leader within the Customer team, you will develop key relationships with stakeholders across multiple divisions to develop and implement solutions to grow this active customer base across all verticals. This role will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic insights across the organisation through data-driven findings and best in market solutions for the ongoing success of our Customer Account & Loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Use your understanding of customer and market demands to successfully implement Customer Loyalty programs at Compare the Market.
Own the ongoing product development of the customer account offering through daily interactions with our Commercial and Marketing teams.
Oversee the full lifecycle of product development from design through to technical build, delivery, implementation, and review.
Work closely with the Delivery and Product Leaders across the business to align on all enhancements and improvements to the customer loyalty program.

Knowledge and Experience:
This is a hands-on role and is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years experience in product management, particularly in the areas of Customer Loyalty / Customer Account / Membership Programs to step into a Head of position.
Prior experience in product/project teams involved in the development and enhancement of customer account/membership program solutions.
Understanding of General Insurance/Financial Services industry.
Understanding of the Comparison industry.
Ability to identify new and emerging opportunities in the areas of customer loyalty and engagement.
Proven experience in maximising financial performance through identifying opportunities and execution in digital business.
