About Our Client

Our client is working for a well known international brand in the fast paced FMCG environment. They are well known for their ability to delivery on tight time frames with a quality product and service.

Job Description

You will contribute to high quality service and product delivery through development of a high level of knowledge and skills as well as managing staff in order to meet operational objectives and customer expectations. You will be responsible for managing a consistently high standard of work from service staff and other staff to provide customer service and support to customers.

Responsibilities include:
Provide technical advice, support and guidance to Service Staff and other staff across your scope of assignment and other areas of expertise where knowledge transfer is required.
Monitor the quality of build products and services provided by staff providing support on problems/solutions.
Develop a good working knowledge of the finance system.
Develop a good working knowledge of the maintenance system.
Develop and implement upgrades to all Service related systems.
Consult with management on matters of policy, procedures and standards.
Review new and existing equipment for service requirements
Contribute positively within a team environment.

Undertake other responsibilities as reasonably directed.

The Successful Applicant
