St Francis College, Crestmead is an exciting, contemporary Prep - Year 12 school. We are seeking a Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) to assist the College Finance Team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks to support the financial operations of the College. Under the direction of the Business Manager, the duties of the position will include: processing school fees and levies, assisting families with the setup of payment arrangements for their school fee account, data entry, fee concessions, debt collection, and other tasks assigned as appropriate.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in an accounts or finance role. You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and be a skilful negotiator who is able to liaise with the College’s clients with empathy. Additionally, you will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and the BCE finance systems, AX Dynamics and eMinerva, is desirable.

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 38 hours per week

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 4 - $32.23 per hour

Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
