About the role:

The Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Marketing and Recruitment team. Charlton Brown is seeking a marketing and events coordinator who is energetic, people-focused, thrives in a busy environment, and has keen attention to detail. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment plans and activities, including publicising events across a variety of digital and channels. The job duties are including but not limited to:

  • Design integrated marketing and student recruitment campaigns aimed at building the profile of Charlton Brown Gold Coast campus with prospective students and external audiences.
  • Develop and support events locally and nationally, giving public presentations both independently and with colleagues. Engage with incredible students and agent partners, working together to share the Charlton Brown Regional Area Campus study experience.
  • Build strong and strategic working relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the college.
  • Undertaking preparation and execution of marketing objectives and campaigns to support business growth and development.
  • Recruitment data analysing and provides advice regarding marketing strategies and plans.
  • Monitoring and conducting digital marketing strategies on social media, and associated analytics.

As an ideal candidate you will also have:

  • A good understanding of either the caring education marketing or regional area study promoting, prefer Management experience.
  • Relevant Marketing qualifications at least Bachelor level.
  • Gained 3-5 years’ experience within a Marketing role specialized in the education industry.
  • Extensive experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns, specialized target Great China & Subcontinent market.
  • Bilingual language speakers prefer, especially Mandurian/Cantonese; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing project budgets including budget planning, delivery, and reporting.
  • Impeccable time-management skills ensuring to effectively prioritize all tasks from ad-hoc admin tasks through to planning and coordinating marketing strategies in advance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a wider project team.
  • Adept Office skills: Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite skills, Pic & Video editing skills.
