JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking to appoint a Part-time Administrator to support their growing construction business. We envisage this being 15-20 hours per week but for the right candidate a flexible arrangement can be reached.

The key duties will be :

  • Job scheduling
  • Calling clients / stakeholders
  • Reporting to builders
  • Logistically organising building approvals, suppliers, crew, jobs etc
  • Using Prime Ecosystem which is our software program
  • Ensuring all documentation is organised for final invoicing


Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Experience in construction industry advantageous
  • 1- 3 years office admin experience
