As a Technical Administrator you will provide administrative support to the National Technical services team. The successful applicant will be required to provide weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Testing Manager and the Technical Operations Manager

A key part of the role is to work with the teams to ensure testing reports are accurate and that there is a process of improving accuracy of reports in place with our testing provider.

You will be the key point of contact for all technical queries whilst you develop a positive and effective working relationship within the team and with Technical Managers and Supervisors Nationally.

Key deliverables;

  • Filing hard copy test reports to customer project files (Technical Support)
  • Uploading and filing digital reports to internal and customer directories (Technical Support)
  • Maintain concrete and asphalt compliance. Monthly, Tri-Monthly, Annual compliance data on shared drive.
  • Operational Assistance to raise orders for testing
  • Update test request register for external customer testing.
  • Uploading compliance reports to the Intranet as required.
  • Maintenance of customer and internal ITP compliance checklist.
  • Source, collate and email test reports when requested
  • Assist in retrieval and collation of sales data and test reports for projects as requested, including using SAP, Command, Qestlab etc
  • Assist with various mix design registration and maintenance
  • Work with the teams to ensure testing reports are accurate and that there is a process of improving accuracy of reports in place with our testing provider.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work as a part of a team
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP with exposure to Google Apps an advantage
