Patrese People are a business providing recruitment solutions & HR support nationally.
 
We are currently assisting our client in their search for a dynamic experienced PA/Project Administrator.
 
The company is a property development business who sells their own property from land, residential properties to commercial - from sub-division, concept design to build.
 
The rol
As PA to the directors, you will assist in a wide variety of tasks including PA duties and project administration. Your role will be to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other developers, Councils and Engineers. You will keep track on the progress of all projects, record sales contracts, distribute project and sale documents and follow up to ensure deadlines are being met. Liaise with sales consultants.
The ideal peron would have a passion for property development/sales and would have done some university studies in regards to this. 
 
Duties include

  • Maintain client information and manage the database ensuring key information is input in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaising with all departments of the business
  • Provide workflow reports
  • Maintain detailed and organised files and databases
  • Responding to queries during the development, release and sale, whilst ensuring all time frames are recorded and adhered to
  • Provide workflow reports and when required by management
  • Diary Management for completing all administration for development projects and sales at hand 
  • Maintain detailed and organized files
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and following to ensure time frames are being adhered to and sending reminders when required.
  • Preparation of final client settlements
  • Ensure that all issued payment details are entered into the system with follow ups to be completed for outstanding payments
  • Ensure contract execution in accordance with compliance
  • Providing general administration support for the directors

Person requirements

  • 2 years Project Administration experience
  • Previous experience in property development highly regarded
  • Exceptional administration & time management skills
  • Project administration skills are essential with a proven track record managing a demanding and time critical work load.
  • Previous experience creating and maintaining databases
  • Able to work using their own initiative
  • Capable of working under pressure 
  • Someone assertive who enjoys being part of a team and engages in business activity and growth
  • MS Skills - intermediate level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn, grow and be mentored
  • Flexible mindset

This is a full time, permanent, role.
