Develop and manage portfolio scheduling standards and practices to ensure interdependencies, conflicts and schedule risks across the portfolio are identified, mitigated and managed appropriately.

About the Role

Develop and maintain the master portfolio schedule, tracking the key milestones across digital projects and programs being delivered.
Develop and maintain the DMN project portfolio management (PPM) tool.
Develops, maintains and reviews planning and scheduling standards and practices.
Provides expertise and advice on planning and scheduling to ensure the optimum delivery of our programs/projects across the digital portfolio.
Facilitating planning workshops with the DPMO and delivery teams to ensure proper planning is completed and interdependencies are identified.
Ensure all aspects of the digital project's timelines are accurately captured and baselined.
Evaluate project schedule progress and performance to identify problem areas and advises possible corrective actions to ensure on time delivery.
Identifies and implements planning and scheduling improvement initiatives and contributes to digital initative assurance reviews, healthchecks as required.
