Health Contact Centre are seeking 2 dynamic and competent fixed term temporary full-time Administration Officers to join our team. Located in Upper Mt Gravatt the primary purpose of this position is to ensure that complete, correct and reliable health records are entered and maintained in health information systems and other related administrative tasks. What we are looking for:
Experience in the use of guidelines, schedules and procedures and a capability to learn new systems as required
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal, written and oral communication is required
Experience of working within a team and active contribution toward shared goals
Experience in working within an environment of changing priorities
Experience of within a call centre environment
Proven high level of attention to detail in relation to data entry and data management
