ZACK’s Strata is a local family owned and operated company providing superior strata management service to bodies corporate across Cairns and the surrounding region. We specialise in personalised and professional support to both large and small community title schemes. Our services include comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, insurance cover, compliance with BCCM legislation, common property maintenance, by-law matters, conflict resolution and specialist consultancy services.

Our office is located at Kewarra Beach north of Cairns.

As part of our strategy to manage and grow our already well-established niche portfolio an opportunity has arisen for us to engage a talented and ambitious Administration Assistant looking to gain experience in the body corporate management industry.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager this opportunity will expose you to all the fundamental principles of strata management encompassing secretarial services in relation to required general and committee meetings, maintaining of required records, rolls and registers, legislative compliance and obligations, financial management and regular reporting. The position will provide you with extensive opportunity to acquire solid administration skills.

About You

The successful candidate will have a passion for this area of client service and a desire to build and develop their career in the strata industry. You will be a strong communicator and must be able to work well both autonomously and as part of our small close-knit team. Ideally the successful candidate will have prior experience however we are willing to train a person who can demonstrate solid and broad experience commensurate to our requirements.
