The Client:
Our client is a growing student accommodation property management business who are constantly growing and acquiring new developments. They have the vision to revamp the student accomodation sector & are seeking a new property manager to join their exciting team!

The Role:
Based at their HQ in the CBD, you will be servicing a portfolio in the St Lucia area. The duties are as follows
  • 180 lots - 13 Locations - 10 Landlords
  • Liaising with Tenants & landlords
  • Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Termination notices
  • Processing applications
  • Arrears control
  • Ad hoc administration

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • Must have a QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
  • Must have a reliable car & drivers' license
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
