Our Client is an established boutique agency, specialising in Property Management. Their stunning office is located in one of Brisbane's most popular inner-city suburbs north of the river. Due to expansion, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager looking to join a winning team of young, like-minded professionals. The position promises career progression into managing your own portfolio! 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Leasing duties
  • Routine inspections 
  • Property maintenance
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Providing administration support

Skills and Experience Required

  • Must have Certificate of Registration
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in Residential Real Estate
  • Knowledge of Property Me desireable 
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Looking for a career path in Property Management!
