About the business and the Role:

ProReman/HPFP is a long established and growing business powered by Epiroc a large global company. ProReman/HPFP is the market leader in the manufacture of rock drills and drills parts for the mining industry.

Reporting to the Business Controller this role offers a diversity of activities including purchasing, sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reception and maintain social media platforms. Essential Position Requirements:

To be considered for this role you will possess these key skills and experience:

  • High level planning and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MYOB
  • Strong communication, time management and organisation skills to ensure customer service and deliverables are met
  • Task and detailed focused, providing accuracy and high quality

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable and payable data entry
  • Debt collection and invoicing
  • Preparation of basic financial reconciliations and analysis
  • Stock and job costing
  • Events planning and co-ordination
  • Manage social media platforms, collate, and publish digital content
  • Sales & purchasing support
  • Record and transcribe meeting minutes as required
  • Preparing and maintaining documents and reports
  • Any other requirements as directed by the Business Controller
