JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a salon manager for our Flagstonesalon. This role requires a very experienced person who is immaculate with their presentation and manner, highly organised and remains calm under pressure. We value client satisfaction and a mature-minded person with a passion for first class customer service is a must. This role has the potential to include KPI management across our salons, if the candidate has a passion and background in retail sales. 

Duties include:

  • Diary management for the team of Classic Eyebrow’s Artists.
  • Maintain an immaculate workplace and follow our strict work place health and safety hygiene policies
  • Must possess good listening and communication skills, for both clients and staff. 
  • Attending to phone calls, emails, texts, social media enquiries and maintaining guest relations.
  • Taking payment and scheduling/rebooking appointments. We use "Timely" software for beauty salons. It would be advantage if you have salon software experience.
  • Stock control, monthly stocktake, stock replenishments. 
  • KPI goals for your salon, as well as personal KPIs.
  • Reporting and working closely with our National Operations Manager.
  • Hiring and training beauticians
  • Managing team of beauticians and other support staff in stores
  • Maintaining and organising rosters for staff member

ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE

Classic Eyebrows Flagstone Pty Ltd trading as Classic Hair Beauty & Brows is a growing business and we would love a candidate who is ambitious, motivated, career-minded and looking to solidify a career in the beauty industry. 

  • Must be available to work full time between, Monday – Sunday on roster. 
  • As we are a premium salon at the forefront of the industry, presentation is paramount and the candidate must possess a genuine passion for the industry and meet the high expectations of our loyal clientele. 
  • The candidate must possess the necessary skills to manage a very high volume of telephone enquiries and multi-task between front-of-house and managing artists. 
  • Promote a happy and safe team environment and develop an excellent rapport with clients and staff members. 

The following is highly favoured, but not mandatory. 

  • If you have experience and passion for retail sales, KPI's and product knowledge. 
  • This role has the potential to incorporate management of retail sales, KPI's and staff incentives if you are the right fit.

SALARY 

  • $50,000 - $75,000 annually. Depending on your experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A delightful telephone manner and thorough experience is required. We have a high volume of telephone and text enquiries.
  • We request a minimum of 2-5 years salon and/or customer service experience. 
  • A passion for the Cosmetics industry, with particular attention to eyebrows, is a must!
  • Makeup application or retail sales experience is highly favoured.
