Senior Executive Recruiter

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting to include developing search strategy, sourcing, interviewing and facilitating assessment process to attract and evaluate candidates, developing and presenting recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers/internal clients.
  • Develop strong partnerships, collaboration with EMEA, APAC TA Leaders and Executive Development and Succession teams to design and execute integrated talent strategies; ultimately driving the development of pipeline strategies.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key center of expertise leaders including but not limited to HR Business Leaders, Compensation, Benefits, Relocation, D&I, Global Talent Management and Regional Talent Leaders.
  • Partner with Executive Development and Succession teams to design and execute integrated talent strategies; ultimately driving the development of pipeline strategies.
  • Drive continuous process improvement of the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process that results in a cost effective and candidate centric experience
  • Effectively manage seamless partnerships with Kimberly Clark’s third-party recruiting firms, including contract review and negotiation.
  • Utilize CRM and ATS to manage candidate communication, track candidate activities, and report on metrics.
  • Understand and remain in compliance with local HR related laws, policies.
  • Meets or exceeds industry performance benchmarks for time to fill, cost per hire, customer satisfaction and quality of hire metrics. Monitors progress against these metrics and makes suggestions for process improvements.
  • Keep informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Educate our customers on executive recruiting best practices and talent market trends. Leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Successfully work with leaders to create and maintain pipelines for key roles identified by talent management, HR and business leaders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate executive recruiting and/or in senior-level executive search.
  • Exceptional skills in problem solving, process improvement and project management.
  • Demonstrated sourcing, assessing and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in executive recruiting best practices at every phase of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Coaching skills to help enable our leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate with a high level of business acumen; able to influence and engage with senior level executives in a polished and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and track record of demonstrating solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit on a multi-national, multi-location level and to support an innovative, fast-growth environment.
  • Exemplary time management skills to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Attention to detail along with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Successfully managed roles across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.

This position reports to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

Scope of Work: Focused on APAC Director Level through VP. Depending on workload and recruiting needs, may flow to work to support other regions.

Job Location: Open location in both EMEA or APAC

Work/Travel requirements: Flexibility to be available to candidates and internal customers outside the normal workday, and to travel approximately 10-25% of the time.
