The Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, manage and develop the Client Delivery Team, ensuring a consistent, high level of service to our customers is maintained with a focus on continuous improvement. This role is accountable for maximising the profitability of the Queensland business and meeting performance expectations set by the State Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the State Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability by taking ownership of results beyond immediate team.
  • Ensure the team meets KPI's around safety, effectiveness, timeliness, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively review services delivered by the team and implement appropriate process improvements after consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Prospect new business customers in the State territory in accordance with TOLL People's external growth plans.
  • Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and stay familiar with their requirements.
  • Liaise with account managers and other operational staff regarding anticipated client needs.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products & value proposition, increasing client base, writing business proposals.
  • Deliver operational and customer service excellence in recruitment processes by achieving time-to-fill targets, establishing excellent candidate and client aftercare practices, and identifying value added, organic and new business opportunities for Toll People.
