We are assisting our client in their search for a FULL TIME Customer Service Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, calm, fast paced, team in a Service Contact Centre in Southport.

The role
As a Customer Service Advisor your role will be taking mostly inbound calls, with some outbound, providing customers with the most professional service whilst assisting them in booking their appointments.

Duties include:
  • Taking inbound calls & making calls where required- using a computerised phone system
  • Booking Appointments – using the computerised booking system
  • Maintaining Excel and Internal CRM systems, to ensure customer information and data is accurate
  • Utilising the booking system to ensure appointments accurately recorded
  • Emailing confirmation utilising Outlook

Applicant requirements
Applicants for this Customer Service Advisor role, we are looking for a professional and customer focused individual, someone used to working in a corporate and dynamic environment.

You will have:
  • A proven track record in your delivery of high-level telephone customer service
  • Previous experience in booking / scheduling appointments is advantageous
  • You will be computer literate across multi systems, from Excel, word, CRM’s & other systems / databases. Someone not afraid of technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner
  • You will be a team player, flexible in your approach to work
  • Previous experience working to internal KPI’s, to ensure customer satisfaction, is essential.
  • Proven track record in your accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience following a script is highly advantageous

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am -5pm, no Saturdays. (Flexible to work a Saturday as and when the business needs may require).
The salary is $50k + $500 monthly KPI related bonus.
