Full Job Description
This leadership role reports to the National Clinical Manager - OT and will ensure all paediatric services delivered by Occupational Therapists are of a high standard and in line with evidence based and best practice. This role is suited to a qualified Senior Occupational Therapist with demonstrated experience delivering Paediatric Occupational Therapy services in the NDIS framework. This role will provide individual and group clinical supervision for Occupational Therapists and provide feedback that informs continuous improvement.

On a daily basis, you will:
Develop and monitor implementation of paediatric clinical service delivery frameworks and packages
Support operations to oversee evidence based paediatric clinical interventions
Support and coach Team Leaders so that supervision and clinical support is to a high standard
Implement a framework for paediatric CPD for all Occupational Therapists
Deliver training on varied areas of paediatric clinical practice
Maintain written records of case reviews and supervision sessions

Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Demonstrated experience delivering Paediatric Occupational Therapy services in the NDIS
Experience in working within, and writing paediatric reports within the NDIS Framework
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing others
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Hold current AHPRA registration and maintain valid Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
