Full Job Description
IPA are currently seeking 2 x experienced Service Delivery Managers to commence ASAP in the Ayr region to manage our client's disability support services business - These will be full time permanent positions based in Ayr.

Ayr is a regional agricultural town that farms sugar cane. There are good schools, medical facilities, sports, an entertainment theatre and Ayr is known for its great fishing! If you love diving, the famous Yongala wreck is also located here!

With a team of approximately 65 staff to support their 75 clients the organisation operates with a 24 hour /7 days a week specialist service to manage all of their clients support needs. Clients live in either one of their 4 fully owned houses in Ayr or are located at home living with family

These two positions are Management positions and will be the Disability Support Workers first point of call for escalation of any arising issues and be responsible for coordinating all services for their clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring risk management controls are in place for your staff and clients at all times and that the organisation complies with all State and Federal legislation, NDIS guidelines and funding requirements.

Working from the Ayr office you will be responsible for maintaining service delivery information systems, planning staff rosters and submitting progress reports and claims for payment

The successful candidates will meet all of the following ESSENTIAL criteria:

The ability to take calls from your staff 24/7 (there may also be a need for you to attend clients from time to time - hourly rates of pay are exceptional)
Have a good understanding of the Disabilities Act
A strong regard to compliance and confidentiality due to being NDIS funded and located within a small regional town

A tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related field. Current registration is highly desirable.
Previous experience working in a similar Disability Service Management role
Both of the roles will come with a phone and laptop. A KM allowance will be paid when travel is required.

Potential relocation package may be negotiated for the right candidates.
