Full Job Description

Through your team of Job Support Coaches, you will be responsible for ensuring processes are being followed, Ongoing support fee’s/claims are meeting compliance standards and we are meeting the National performance measures including Star Ratings. You will liaise with the Ongoing Support Manager, State, Regional and Service Managers as well as the PPS Consultants, Service Managers - Post Placement Support and the PPS Managers in relation to any identified issues within their regions regarding the successful movement of clients into Ongoing support and Ongoing support fee’s/outcomes
Externally the Service Manager - Ongoing Support actively engages with clients to positively advocate the atWork brand and maximise attraction of new clients while also ensuring quality service to all our existing employers is provided. A key focus to this role is ensuring all direct reports are meeting and exceed their individual KPI’s of regular contact and gaining documentary evidence and lodging claims in the set time frame. You will also be required to meet daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements for your team. If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW!

This opportunity is a Full Time Max Term Contract until June 30, 2023, with the possibility of extension dependent on DES program extension.
