Bookkeeping & HR Assistant
Elston Venues
Gold Coast QLD, Australia
$40,000 - $60,000 p.a.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a book keeping and administration assistant at Elston Venues.

The Elston Venues group operates five retail and on premise sites on on the Gold Coast.

No formal qualifications are required however experience in Xero, general bookkeeping, payroll/HR and hospitality stock control systems are desirable.

The role is full time and based in Surfers Paradise.

Main Tasks:
Document management of electronic/hard copy files
Answering incoming phone calls/ making reservations
Data & stock entry
General administrative duties
Provide support to management
Payroll processing

To be successful in this position you will need:
Excellent communication
Flexible and adaptable to changing processes
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Intermediate computer capability
Mathematical skills
Social media management knowledge is desirable
A happy and friendly personality
Reliability and enthusiasm
Experience with Microsoft office an advantage
