    About The Role

  • Leading the Residential Segment and taking it to new heights
  • Permanent Position
  • Generous salary package including 12.5% super
  • TOT (Fully maintained vehicle)
  • In this role you will be responsible for sales across the Residential Segment in a true end to end Account Management role.

    Based at our Murarrie Excel Concrete Office, you will be required to service customers mainly in Brisbane however travel throughout SEQ is required.

    You will have sales targets and new business goals within the Residential Segment, they will be tailored to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.

    Duties And Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and identify opportunities to supply construction materials
  • Generate and convert new business
  • Build brand loyalty and maximize revenues
  • Build and maintain a trusting and positive working relationships with assigned customers.
  • Identify and follow up all new business, product and/or project opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Resolve customer issues, disputes and/or complaints, both onsite and offsite, in a very prompt, timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promote the full product and service range within the territory to maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date customer CRM database.

  • Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in B2B sales
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with decision makers
  • IT Proficiency in word, excel is an advantage
  • Understanding and experience in using CRM systems
  • Strong team player with strong communication skills that build effective relationships internally and externally to the organisation
  • Experience within the Residential Segment (regarded)
