About the role:
As our Change and Communications Manager, you will bring a great depth of change management and communication expertise to support the Member Experience (Frontline) Leadership team and key stakeholders to define and coordinate their many change programs. You will ensure change management of key projects are communicated and managed in an orchestrated matter and drive a positive culture change. You will be joining a team with many juggling priorities - but you will have the freedom to put your own stamp on these in order to:
Create a holistic view of change for stakeholders, including plans, comm’s and roll-out
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver change and comms activation strategies to drive culture change
Drive effective, trusted relationships with business operatives at every level within the respective business units and support areas.
Be the point of contact and champion for ongoing change activities
Provide key insights and guidance to drive senior stakeholders and business functions to successful outcomes
Drive training efforts, through quality input, design and delivery
Continuously validate the accuracy of supporting documentation to substantiate proposals.

What we are looking for:
With an uncanny ability to take information from multiple sources, assimilate, synthesise and plan, you will have around 5 years’ experience working in a similar role in a complex organisation. You thrive in a collaborative and supportive working environment and you are not afraid to have a go and ask for help when needed. You take pride in showcasing your exceptional organisational and communication skills, which enable you to provide high quality work in an environment where Member Experience is critical. Understanding our business and the external challenges is front of mind when executing your tasks which play into the success of the role. Essential:
Strong knowledge of banking/financial services business and operations
Experience engaging with, and driving outcomes, with senior leaders
Experience managing and driving positive culture change
Extensive business acumen and understanding of Business Readiness
Faultless written and verbal communication style
Skilled in the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Bachelor degree within business, finance / commerce, project management or communications

Location:
South East Queensland - remote work from home options are avialable for this role, however you will need to be available to work at our head office in Toowoomba 1 day per fortnight.
