Our opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a part-time basis to attract, engage and secure top talent for our diverse global business to support our continued growth. This role will provide recruitment services across the footprint of our global operations with a strong focus on our Americas division. Flexibility with working varied hours (early mornings) is key to your success in this global recruiting role. Your passion for building a strong organisational brand to attract talent, excellent candidate management care, collaborative approach with hiring managers and adding value through onboarding will deliver a truly exceptional talent acquisition experience.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will love this opportunity to:

Facilitate and support end-to-end recruitment activities from job brief, advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, job offers and onboarding activities for designated roles across multiple regions
Create a meaningful candidate experience with a focus on developing advocates for our brand.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Identify opportunities to build a talent pipeline through networking, social media and other forums to meet our future business growth needs
Actively promote diversity through our talent acquisition campaigns and processes
Continually look at ways we can improve our recruitment processes through innovation and technology

What we are looking for:
Passion and drive for talent acquisition - we want someone who knows this is their "why"
Savvy with tech and social media extraordinaire
Demonstrated black belt LinkedIn search capability
Superior networking and relationship building skills
Proven capabilities in managing end to end recruitment activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Prior experience working in the mining industry or digital technology solutions highly advantageous
