Full Job Description
Project and Construction Management (PCM) is looking for an Associate Director to assist in the winning and delivering of projects in several sectors - including Defence, Health, Education and Buildings.

Primarily, we are looking for a resource who is well respected in the Defence sector and who has a reputation as a trusted Project Manager as a Project Director on Lead Pm in a PMCA delivery methodology. This role would manage the bid preparation and commercial negotiations with the Department of Defence on future opportunities and be nominated as the Project Director or Project Manager in the delivery of these opportunities.

Additionally, it would be favourable if the applicant also had experience in the delivery (as project manager) of Health and Education projects. In these sectors, the suitable applicant will provide leadership and direction to the junior staff and also provide a face to these sector clients for upcoming projects and current work.

Minimum Requirements

  • 18+ years’ relevant professional Project Management experience.
  • Experience in Defence Sector Project Management - Mandatory
  • Experience in Health and/or Education Sector - Secondary
Preferred Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications a must. Existing strong and respected relationships with our key clients will be highly regarded.
